You are purchasing a precision-engineered Material Package Kit for a structural shell. This includes the structural wall, floor, and roof panels, as well as the specialized exterior siding, stone accents, and roofing shingles. We provide the "ingredients" and the "recipe" (blueprints); your builder provides the assembly.

ZS2 TechPanels are advanced structural insulated panels (SIPs) made with magnesium cement boards. Unlike traditional wood framing, these panels are:
Non-Combustible: They do not support fire.
Climate-Resilient: They won't rot, grow mold, or be eaten by termites.

Not at all. Sagiper Sagi-Wall is a premium heavy-duty PVC exterior cladding with a high-definition wood grain or metallic finish. It offers the beauty of real wood without the maintenance—it doesn’t require staining, it won’t peel, and it is extremely resistant to UV fading and humidity. The siding is a Class 4 Hail Rating (the highest possible), is a Class – A Fire Rated Siding that adds an additional R.24 to the exterior wall assembly.

F-Wave Revia shingles are "synthetic" but contain no asphalt or granules. They are made from a proprietary polymer that is virtually indestructible. They carry a Class 4 Hail Rating (the highest possible) and won’t crack or tear in high winds, which can often lead to lower insurance premiums for the homeowner.

Any competent licensed builder or general contractor can assemble our kits. The ZS2 TechPanels arrive pre-cut to your specific plan. We provide a detailed Installation Guide and structural engineering stamps to help your builder move quickly and accurately.

The simple answer is BODE is a material supplier, not a builder. Just as a lumber yard doesn't provide a warranty on the finished house. Your builder—the person performing the labor—is responsible for the structural and workmanship warranties required by law in your province or state.
