Comfort is easy to create in an 18,000 sq. ft. estate, but what about a 500 sq. ft. home? We believe it’s possible—and for the past 6 years, we’ve been perfecting designs that make small feel spacious and inviting.
Too often, Tiny Homes and ADUs prioritize shrinking footprints over livability. At Bode, most of our performance-optimized kits begin with the footprint of a standard 2-car garage (24’ x 24’). From there, we’ve crafted one-story, two-story, and even three-story layouts—always mindful of height limits and setbacks, but never at the expense of elegance or function.
