It Started with a Napkin.
It all started with a simple idea scribbled on a napkin in 2023.
Housing affordability was reaching a breaking point. Communities across North America were facing growing challenges—from wildfires sweeping through the West, to hurricanes and tornadoes testing the resilience of buildings and infrastructure. We found ourselves asking a simple question:
Could there be a better way to build?
Not just a better system—but one that could capture the elegance and functionality of an 8,000-square-foot custom home, shrink it down to a much smaller footprint, and still deliver that unmistakable sense of wow.
Our team set out with a commitment to do more than improve what was already available. We wanted to redefine expectations. Incremental change wasn't enough—we wanted to make an impact.

Along came a Pocket Poodle.
That napkin sketch took an unexpected turn in January 2026, inspired by the concept of a pocket poodle. If a poodle could be reimagined into a smaller package without losing its charm, could we do the same with housing? Could we create a pocket home kit—and eventually pocket communities—that fit within the footprint of a two-car garage while retaining all the comfort, beauty, and functionality people expect from much larger spaces?
